Stir IT Up! Group Art Show - Oak Bay Community Artists Society. August 26th - September 1st, 2010. Runs 12 noon - 5pm daily. Opening Night is 7-9pm, August 26th at the Community Arts Council Gallery - G6, 1001 Douglas St, Victoria BC.

 

Starting September 22nd 2010, all floral prints, cards and photography will be for sale in the upstairs gallery of the Oak Bay Flower Shop, Oak Bay Avenue.

We Are All Creators and Leaders.

Leadership and Creativity is essential now in these times of economic uncertainty and we must all find the artist and leader within us to see and do things differently. In adversity we are challenged to overcome through creative solutions and this is when we need leaders. In this talk, we first address leadership, what it is and how you enhance your own individual energy to become one. Next we look at the process of creativity, how it works and what you can do to recognize it in yourself, your business and your employees. Finally we look at Generations X and Y and Z to understand who they are and how they think intuitively because they are the generations creating and leading us into the future paradigm. This is the evolution of business and today’s leaders using their creative potential for entrepreneurial, innovative solutions to build tomorrow.
